Quotle shirts are printed to order. Production time is part of the process because each shirt is made after checkout rather than pulled from warehouse inventory.

Production time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

Shipping time

Delivery timing includes production time plus carrier transit time. Standard United States transit is typically 2-5 business days after dispatch. International shipping can take longer depending on destination, carrier handling, and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Available shipping methods can vary based on the delivery address and items in the order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no delivery and the package cannot be located, contact us. For United States orders, please reach out if the order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after shipment. For international orders, please reach out if the order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days after shipment.

Before contacting us about a lost package, please confirm that the shipping address is correct and check with the local carrier or post office in case the package is being held for pickup.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that may apply when an order enters the destination country.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before checkout. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an address if the order has not yet moved into production or shipping.
