Each shirt is printed to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

If the order has not entered production yet, we will do our best to help. Once production starts, address changes, shipping upgrades, and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Check the email address used at checkout, plus spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and the email used for the order.

Delivery timing includes production time plus carrier transit time. Standard US transit is typically 2-5 business days after dispatch. International shipping can take longer depending on destination and customs.

Carrier scans can pause for a few days while a package is in transit. If tracking looks stuck for more than a week, reach out and we can help check it.

Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address. Duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country and are not controlled by Quotle.

Send your order number and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help make it right.

Because each shirt is made to order, returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes are not handled like standard warehouse returns. Please check sizing before ordering.

Contact us quickly. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, the carrier may not allow changes.

Most Quotle shirts use Gildan Softstyle unisex tees. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

Use the size guide on the product page when available. For best results, compare a shirt you already like against the listed measurements before ordering.

You are charged when the order is placed. Production begins after the order is accepted.

Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low, do not bleach, and do not dry clean. If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid ironing directly over the print.

The print is made for normal wear and washing. Gentle care helps the shirt and artwork stay looking good longer.
